Life after the tsunami

May 27, 2013 - Ishinomaki, Japan: Debris left behind by the devastating tsunami, that hit the east coast of Japan in 2011, can be seen inside a destroyed classroom of Ishinomaki Okawa Elementary School. The school, which lost 70 of 108 students and nine of 13 teachers and staff, was one of the worst affected by the Tohoku earthquake. (Paulo Nunes dos Santos)
