Life after Fukushima

May 27, 2013 - Ishinomaki, Japan: A construction worker is seen outside Ishinomaki Okawa Elementary School, partially destroyed by the devastating tsunami that hit the east coast of Japan in 2011. The school, which lost 70 of 108 students and nine of 13 teachers and staff, was one of the worst affected by the Tohoku earthquake. (Paulo Nunes dos Santos)
